Longer than any other menu covers being sold on the internet today. The length of time they will actually last will depend on how often they're used and how well you take care of them.
Cafe Jackets with vinyl binding and Leatherette Jackets with clear inside pockets should last 1 1/2 to 2 years. Click here to find out more about our jackets and why we can make this claim.
Case bound menu covers, with or without padding, made of washable, heavy duty bookcloth material with turned and finished edges should last 2 to 3 years.
We don't know how long our heavy duty, sealed and stitched menu covers will last. So far no one has ever reordered because their first order of covers wore out. We've had new restaurant owners ask us if we can replace the old name on the front cover with their new name (sorry, we can't). We've had reorders because of theft, fire and flood, but not because the covers were worn or started to look shabby.
Padded and sealed jackets made of the same heavy duty vinyl as our sealed and stiched covers should last about the same length of time, however the clear inside pockets may start to crack after a year, depending on how often you change your paper menu inserts and how heavy the usage to which the cover is subjected. This is not recommended as a full service menu cover.
Crystal clear, heat sealed menu jackets are perfect for 'special' menus for after hours, at the bar, weekends, etc., where frequent changes make lamination impractical. They are NOT recommended for heavy duty use.

" Off the shelf" items are shipped no later than the next working day from the time we receive your order. Personalized items generally take ten to fifteen days to produce in our New Jersey factory. We ship by U.P.S. ground, unless otherwise requested. For shipments to addresses with zip codes starting with 0, 1 or 2 allow one to two days travel time; for zip codes starting with 3 or 4, allow two to three days; for zip codes 5, 6 and 7 allow three to four days; for zip codes 8 and 9 allow four to five days travel time.

In stock, off the shelf items, such as table stands, menu paper, check presenters, can be returned to us for refund less a 20% restocking charge. Items must be returned to us within 30 days, in the same condition and in the same cartons in which you received it and you are responsible for freight, both ways.
No written authorization from us is required, but a copy of our packing list or invoice, that was included in the original shipment must be included in the return.
All menu covers with or without your personalized copy are non-stock items and cannot be returned, however samples are available for your inspection prior to ordering.

Samples of most of our products are available for a slight fee. This fee can be applied to the cost of any order for that product placed in within 60 days.
However, you will be responsible for freight both ways.

Our fax and email lines are open twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Our telephone lines are manned Monday through Friday (and sometimes Saturday), from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. eastern time.
