These menu add-on cover pages are made to order. Please allow FIVE DAYS for manufacturing, plus the travel time of the method of shipment you select.
NOTE: because these covers are made to order we cannot take them back. So PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, print out a copy of your order before you send it to us and double check it to make sure it's what you want.
Also please keep in mind that our bindings and metal corners may not match the covers that you might have previously purchased from some other source.
