Genuine Leather Menu Covers
Tanned, cured, leather with a distinct natural milled pebble grain. Hides are treated with a analine coating to enhance their silky soft touch, then finished with a formulation of dyes that give our menu covers extreme durability without sacrificing aesthetics.
WILL remain as soft as the finest glove grade leather.
WILL NOT split or crack from repeated opening and closing.
WILL NOT dog ear or wear at the corners.
WILL NOT wear from excessive abrasion from rubbing.
WILL be kept clean with a damp rag and if really necessary with a tiny drop of mild detergent in a glass of water. (note: acidic stains like mustard or tea, will leave a mark if left untreated overnight.)
We case make these menu covers by turning the outside leather over a rigid binders board then hiding the ends under the inside menu board.
We then add album style diagonal corners, which are fastened into inside pages to hold menu sheets firmly in place.
Finally we stitch all the edges with industrial weight nylon thread.
